Timings: 8 hours a day usually between 7.30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Procedure to enroll to our training program:

Walk into the office and submit a brief resume and answer a simple online English Test.

If you pass the English Test you will be asked to fill out a detailed resume followed by a simple Listening Comprehension test.

Subsequently you will be called for the First Interview.

Prior to the First Interview you will be asked to answer a questionnaire.

If you clear the First Interview, a Second Interview will be scheduled and a panel of Interviewers may conduct this Interview.

Clearing the Second Interview ensures a seat in the subsequent Training Batch.

Q: Is there an age limit?

A: Yes, only candidates below 40 years may apply for the training program.

Q: Will you be taking up more training batches?

A: Yes, we intend to have more batches of our training program scheduled for later this year.

Q: Is this "FREE" training program really free?

A: Yes, it is. However we ask that you commit to a minimum 1-year stay with our Company post the training program.

Failure to do so will entail a penalty of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) to mitigate the costs of training incurred by the Company in training you.

Q: What if I have very genuine reasons and cannot meet the above conditions and discontinue my training / do not complete the 1-year employment period?

A: The penalty of Rs. 15, 000/- towards training cost will still need to be paid to the company.

Q: What if I do not want to commit to the minimum stay guarantee? Do I still have an option to join the training program by paying for my training?

A: No, committing to the 1-year guaranteed stay with our Company is a precondition to joining our free training program.

Q: I have already finished theoretical training with another institute/company. Can I just join for the practical training?

A: No, we do not conduct just on-the-job training.

Q: Do you pay any stipend during training?

A: Yes, you will be paid a stipend during the training period and on-the-job training (OJT) period. On successful completion of the training you will be recruited at industry standard salaries for freshers with eligibility for full benefits and incentives.

Q: Is a job guaranteed after the training?

A: Yes, the sole reason we have launched our free training program is because there are not enough trained MTs available to meet the current demand for them.

Q: Will I be able to work from home once I complete the training?

A: No, you will have to work at the company for at lest 2 years to gain proper experience. Thereafter, depending on your skills and capabilities you might be able to take up work from home.
